Problem

Empire Elevators recently entered the market with a very specific type of customer. Empire needed help targeting either homeowners that wanted to put a lift in their house or commercial builders who were planning small to mid-sized development projects.

 

Strategy

The strategy for Empire involved creating a targeted Google Ads campaign around their key products & service. We implemented Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking and measurement to ensure we had a clear understanding of results.

Key components of the solution included an exportable list of enquiries from the CMS, multiple match types to cater for different search behaviour and a variety of ad copies to entice different customer types.

 

Outcome

Empire Elevators has had an epic 2020! Despite being a new business and a closed showroom due to COVID, they have exceeded expectations of new customer orders by over 40%.
